The Egyptian Democratic Institute Studies issued a documentary study on the danger of the Muslim Brotherhood inside Britain to the security of the British citizen and to Europe as a whole, within the framework of the efforts of the Center and the popular campaign it is adopting to declare the muslim Brotherhood an international terrorist organization in educating decision-makers in the world about the necessity of taking a decisive stance against the Brotherhood as it The phenomenon of Islamic extremism in the world.

The study monitored the most prominent leaders of the terrorist group residing in Britain, and also monitored the organizations, human rights centers, and media channels that provide them with media and political cover, and material and logistical support to achieve their goals.

Azzam Al-Tamimi:

One of the most prominent leaders of the Brotherhood, as he is of Palestinian origin, and he worked as the founding director of the “Institute for Islamic Political Thought” in London until 2008.

He currently works as Chairman of the Board of Directors and Editor-in-Chief of the Al-Hiwar TV Channel, which is owned by the Brotherhood and broadcasts from Britain in Arabic.

He contributed to facilitating the work of the Brotherhood who fled from Egypt to Britain in 2013, promoting them in the British and American media and hosting their conferences.

In 2024, the Muslim Brotherhood, through the British Muslims Foundation, participated in a live broadcast on BBC, and the organization referred to a law that distorts the reputation of British Islamic organizations.

One of the Muslim Brotherhood leaders in Britain, Azzam Al-Tamimi, said: “The extremist right wing government of Rishi Sunak and Michael Gove has published a list of the honourable in the UK. These are the organisations that stand for truth & justice, something the Sunak government is allergic to.”

Anas Osama Al-Tikriti:

He is the head of the Cordoba Foundation in London, and one of the well-known Brotherhood figures in the West of non-Egyptian origin, as he was born in Baghdad and has lived in Britain since he was only two years old. He also participated in Britain’s recent investigations into the muslim Brotherhood.

He took advantage of the institution he heads to promote and support the group in European countries, in exchange for his continuous attack on the current political system in Egypt.

He is the son of the famous Iraqi Brotherhood leader, Osama al-Tikriti. Anas al-Tikriti is considered the greatest devil in British civil and political society, as he participated in establishing the majority of the human rights and charitable institutions through which the Brotherhood operates inside Britain today.

Muslim Brotherhood leader Anas Al-Tikriti also made several statements, including that staying in a gray zone serves two main goals:

1- It’s almost impossible to defend yourself legally, because being an extremist isn’t an accusation of any illegality, it’s an entirely subjective assessment.

2- You’re left totally exposed to accusation, suspicion, disengagement and defamation, because “well, you never know”, and “no flame without fire”, and “just in case.”.

More importantly, it portrays the British government as pathetically weak and without any legs to stand on, otherwise it would have banned these organizations or sought legal redress against them.
